SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Hydromatic Store aims to provide reliable and timely delivery services across Zambia. Please review the terms below regarding our shipping procedures.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver throughout Zambia.

All products are:

  • Inspected

  • Tested

  • Verified for functionality

before leaving our warehouse.

Some products may also be tested upon delivery, except items shipped via third-party courier services.

Customers must keep the receipt included with their goods for warranty and return purposes.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
For courier deliveries, a signed confirmation must be shared via our WhatsApp line.

2. Delivery Charges
  • Lusaka: Free delivery (unless otherwise stated)

  • Outside Lusaka: Delivery fee calculated based on distance/location

For most orders, only one delivery charge applies, regardless of the number of items purchased.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

                               Other towns/cities in Zambia      :      5 – 7 working days
                               Pre-ordered items                             :      30 – 45 days (indicated on product page)

 

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following working day.

4. Delivery Method
  • Most orders are delivered directly to your doorstep or preferred location

  • Some deliveries (especially outside Lusaka) are handled by courier companies

  • In certain cases, customers may collect orders from a courier collection point near their location

  • Occasionally, items within the same order may arrive separately

 

5. Courier Deliveries
  • Standard courier deliveries typically occur between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Tracking information will be provided where available

  • Customers may appoint a representative to receive the order if unavailable

Delivery times may be longer during high-volume sale periods.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Transport disruptions

  • Courier operational delays

  • Remote locations

Customers will be notified if an unexpected delay occurs.
Please allow additional time for deliveries outside Lusaka.

7. Important Notes
  • All deliveries must be signed for

  • Keep your receipt for warranty and support

  • Inspect items upon delivery and report any issues promptly
